About Heather
Heather Flanagan has a lifelong passion for figuring out what makes people tick. She has a degree in psychology from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington and has done doctoral work in the experimental analysis of behavior at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. In addition to her collegiate work, Heather has a Professional Coach Certification from the Centre for Coach Training, an ICF accredited school in Portland, Oregon.
Heather combines her passion for understanding people, her education, and her 20 years of experience in sales and customer service management to help entrepreneurs, businesses, and teams thrive.
Heather’s style is different from that of other coaches and consultants. Heather’s deep understanding of business and psychology, intelligent and innovative thinking, empathy, and humor are powerful tools in helping business people succeed. Heather’s insight has helped countless business people transform obstacles into opportunities, weaknesses into strengths, and hesitation into certainty. Heather is a single mother of two boys in beautiful, historic Port Townsend, Washington. Her family also enjoys their backyard chickens, 3 cats, and an abundance of Legos.
